Descrição:
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented professional to lead our messaging automation and conversion strategies.
This role is critical in improving customer engagement, optimizing sales funnels, and driving conversion through automated messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRO strategies focused on messaging platforms
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify optimization opportunities
- Design automated flows to boost lead-to-customer conversions
- Lead A/B testing and improve messaging scripts and timing
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for alignment
- Train staff and stay updated on automation tools and trends
Requisito
Qualifications:
- Experience in CRO and messaging automation
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce customer behavior in the Philippines
- Familiarity with sales funnels and customer journey mapping
