Descrição:
- 负责交易所合约、杠杆、现货、跟单等业务的梳理，优化当前系统问题
- 懂得交易所核心业务的底层逻辑（现货、合约、杠杆都可以）
- 有过从0到1搭建业务的经验，或者参与过从0到1的过程。
Requisito
- 本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年以上中心化交易所工作经验
- 有社交和区块链都做过经验，较强的竞品调研能力和总结能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，注重团队合作，擅长跨部门的沟通和问题处理
- 出色的逻辑思维能力，富有创新精神和执行力，有较强的产品周期管理能力
- 学习适应能力强，主观能动性好，有责任心，可以根据工作的要求，及时进行自我调整
