COMPANY PROFILE: A Manufacturing company that handles equipment products for financial distributions.
Position: Engineering Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Binan Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 28,000 gross
Work Set-up: On-site
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily operations of the engineering team
- Ensure timely completion of engineering projects and maintenance tasks
- Help to enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
- Responsible in coordinating with other departments for process improvements
- Responsible in monitoring team performance and provide training or coaching as needed

Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or technical role
