Company Description

Federal Property Management Corporation (FPMC) is a property management company established on May 20, 2011 to manage FLI’s developments. FPMC is composed of a highly capable team experienced in property management.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in BGC Taguig for a Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries, accounting, finance, and financial reporting in relation to property management.


Qualifications

  • Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Accounting skills
  • Finance and Financial Reporting skills
  • Experience in property management accounting
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
