United Prestige Realty Group Inc. (UPRGI) is a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Company focusing on Metro Manila Projects. It's a subsidiary and sales leg of Wee Community Developer's Inc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist at United Prestige Realty Group Inc. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing commercial and residential real estate properties, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. This role is located in San Juan del Monte.

Qualifications
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Sales skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
