Descrição:

Recruitment:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conducts initial interview
  • Administered pre-employment examinations and checking.
  • Endorsing passed applicants to hiring managers.
  • Update candidates regarding their final interview, application status, and next steps.

Onboarding:

  • Receives and validate requirements.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and schedule orientation sessions.
  • Contract signing and uniform distribution.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks.
  • Routing of newly hired employees.

Workdays:

Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Programs, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With 6 months of experience in recruitment is an advantage but FRESH GRADUATES WITH STRONG INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
