Descrição:

  • Greet and welcome guests with excellent customer service.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle payments and manage cash transactions.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of dining space.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a quick service restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven customer-oriented approach, strong waitering skills, and excellent hospitality abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require extended hours on foot.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork oriented, and ability to handle pressure.
