1. Conducts physical check-up of all goods for receiving, storing, and issuance to prevent any discrepancy.

2. Properly stores and arranges all products received, accurately allocates and pack items ordered by Customers.

3. Properly dispatch and load items for delivery.

4. Assists and timely updates Inventory Data Controller of all warehouse movements, i.e. issuances, deliveries, returns, etc., to accurately record in the warehouse management system.

5. Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, good working condition of the equipments and the entire warehouse premises.

6. Prepares and submits reports required by Warehouse Supervisor. i.e. discrepancies, KPI’s, inventory report, aging or near expiry reports.

7. Performs other duties as required or directed.
