- Perform welding tasks on various metal materials using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques.
- Perform welding tasks, interpret blueprints, and ensure high-quality work standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Inspect and test welded joints for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of welding experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Japanese language (JFT or JLPT N4 certification), Prometric Skills in Welding, strong welding skills, and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: May involve exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures, requiring protective equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, good communication skills, and teamwork-oriented.
