We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our 24/7 support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining platform availability, ensuring continuous improvements, and managing incidents in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure platform availability and drive improvements as a Level 2 engineer.
• Collaborate with the Security Team and implement a "shift left" approach to security.
• Focus on deployment automation for both application and infrastructure.
• Maintain the TITAN platform and handle incidents per our client agreements.
• Work shift hours as part of the 24/7 support rotation.
• Lead Post Incident Reviews, Root Cause Analysis, and documentation after major incidents.
• Implement changes and releases in collaboration with DevOps, Development, and Data teams.
• Use monitoring systems to proactively identify areas of improvement and manage capacity.

HARD SKILLS:

As a hands-on DevOps engineer, you should possess the following skills:

• Minimum 4 years of Azure DevOps experience
• NET6 and 8
• Kubernetes Expert
• Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Service Connections, etc.)
• Terraform (familiar with multi-provider projects; Azurerm, Kubernetes, helm, AzureAD)
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC, leveraging test and deployment automation tools
• EntraID (Premium P2 feature knowledge)
• Packer
• Strong Cloud Networking skills (familiar with hub & spoke and, private endpoints, and L4 filtering options)
• Strong Azure DNS knowledge and experience in multi-subscription environments
• AKS private cluster
• Azure Policy
• Good knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS in general
• Incident management, being able to manage an incident response through to resolution

SOFT SKILLS

• Ability to identify potential risks and communicate them to stakeholders
• Strong oral and written communication for documentation and technical workshops
• Ability to engage with individuals of varying technical skill levels
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team player with collaborative skills

Expected Certifications:

• Azure Administrator Associate
• Terraform Associate

Strongly recommended but not required:

• Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Azure Network Engineer Associate
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Google cloud…)
• ISO 9001, 27001
• ITIL v3 or v4
