Description

  • Perform routine maintenance on buildings and grounds.
  • Conduct repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations.
  • Assist with building inspections and report findings.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
  • Document maintenance processes and repairs completed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Building Maintenance, Electrical or Electromechanical Technology or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical work, routine inspections, and plumbing.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working outdoors or in confined spaces, with occasional after-hours availability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues, attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
