As our Creative Director, you’ll lead our talented creative team, setting the vision and driving our brand identity forward.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction or a similar leadership role.
• Proven portfolio showcasing strong creative vision and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, branding, and concept development.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with various teams.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and inspire the creative team to produce original, innovative, and high-quality content across various digital and traditional platforms.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with PUNX’s branding and business goals.
• Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Production, to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual impact.
• Mentor and guide designers, writers, and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Present and defend creative ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the core vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to keep our creative output cutting-edge.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
