Position: Mandarin Technical Support Analyst

Industry: Software Company

Location: Makati City 

Schedule: Shifting Schedule | Nightshift

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 

Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (3x Onsite and 2x at Home)

Responsibilities of Job Application:

  • Mandarin Technical Support is responsible for analyzing complex issues by reviewing product-specific logs and utilizing root-cause analysis skills.
  • Will serve as the contact person for customers and will answer inquiries regularly via phone calls, email, and remote sessions.
  • Mandarin Technical Support will identify the root cause of problems users face with product software, such as application crashes, compatibility issues, installation errors, or network connectivity problems. 
  • Assisting users with account-related issues like password resets, account access, and licensing concerns.
