About The Job:

Support the innovation started this year of the longest-running public service TV program, helping shape its future as it reaches its golden anniversary and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Support the production team during pre-production, filming, and post-production stages
• Do the research needed to support improvement of tv show
• Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment on location or in studio
• Manage and organize production supplies, scripts, and documents
• Run errands, such as delivering equipment or coordinating meals for crew
• Coordinate talent and crew movement during shoots
• Assist with scheduling, logging footage, and data entry tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas
• Help ensure safety and adherence to production protocols
• Assist in translations for subtitling
• Take notes during meetings and relay instructions as needed
• Provide general administrative support to producers and directors

• College graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, or related field preferred)
• Basic understanding of television or video production processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Professional attitude, excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English translations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Physical ability to help carry equipment and work on set for extended periods
• Proficiency in Google Drive (knowledge of editing software is a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, able to take direction well, and problem solver
• Experience in media production (internships or volunteer work acceptable)
