As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform automation works independently with little supervision.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve RPA automation-related issues.

Document and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Provide technical support to end-users.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Moderate to Expert proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Robotic Process Automation)

Description: The candidate must have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Additionally, experience in Power Automate is also a plus. This includes the ability to design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and processes. The candidate should be proficient in creating and managing RPA bots, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Competencies:

Process Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Bot Development: Skilled in developing RPA bots using Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.

Workflow Design: Expertise in designing workflows that integrate with various systems and applications.

Error Handling: Proficiency in implementing robust error handling and exception management in RPA solutions.

Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize bot performance and ensure scalability.

Additional Good To Have Skills: Python, VBA

Description: Experience with Python and VBA is beneficial. The candidate should be able to leverage these programming languages to enhance automation capabilities and integrate RPA solutions with other software applications.

Additional requirements:

Strong understanding of software development principles.

Experience in troubleshooting and debugging software applications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
