The Inventory Clerk is responsible for overseeing the organization's inventory, ensuring accurate records, & preventing discrepancies of the stocks.

• Inventory Management
• Preparation of requested items
• Handling new stocks
• Asyst Transactions
• Generate sales order report
• Purchase request of advance items
• Purchase request for replenishment
• Purchase order
• Releasing items for operation use.
• Receiving of items for pull-out.
• Inventory control
• Stock Monitoring
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the inventory system.

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any business course, I.T., Computer Engineering, or its equivalent.
• With at least 2-3 years relevant experience as an inventory officer or related field.
• Must have knowledge of inventory management.
• Knowledge of any inventory management software is an advantage.
• Has attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Has good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to handle a team.
