Job Overview

We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from rank-and-file roles to leadership positions. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great communication skills, and preferably has exposure to the IT industry.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

What Our Client Is Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, including volume and specialized roles
Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus
