  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support.

  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or administrative support.
  • Chinese speaking working environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist manager for AOC duties, manage schedules, process orders, and maintain records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical work hours with some flexibility required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player, and ability to multitask.
