Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Facebook community through daily content posting and scheduling
• Respond to comments and community interactions in a timely and respectful manner
• Monitor aviation-related trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with admin for visuals and post coordination
• Analyze post performance and audience engagement using Facebook tools
• Share posts and send invites to expand community reach

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Facebook pages for brands or communities
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Facebook audience insights
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Skilled in copywriting, storytelling, and community engagement
• Knowledge of aviation or active involvement in the aviation community is a plus
• Proficiency with Canva or similar editing tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Must be willing to take and pass English proficiency test upon onboarding
