职位描述

  • Administer initial treatments and conduct physical examinations for patients.
  • Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments for animals.
  • Provide consultations, make diagnoses, discuss rehabilitation options if needed, and offer recommendations to pet owners.
  • Prescribe, dispense, or administer medications and treatments for wounds, fractures, injuries, or diseases.
  • Perform diagnostic and laboratory procedures, both with and without supervision.
  • Assist veterinary surgeons during surgeries, and manage pre-confinement, confinement, and discharge processes.
  • Conduct surgeries if assigned, under the supervision and approval of a Senior Partner/Senior Veterinarian.
  • Oversee hospitalized patients, including medication management, progress tracking, and recovery of post-operative patients.
  • Follow up with patients to monitor progress after discharge or clinic visits.
  • Communicate daily progress and treatment plans with attending or senior veterinarians and keep pet owners informed.
  • Create and manage annual treatment schedules, including vaccinations, for patients.
  • Remind clients about upcoming procedures or treatments for their pets.
  • Utilize proper restraining techniques, with or without technician assistance.
  • Perform additional clinical tasks as per hospital protocol.


职位要求

  • Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
  • Experience with animals and clinical settings is beneficial but not required.
