职位描述

  • Greet all guests in a warm greetings
  • Taking food and drinks orders and engaging with customers to enhance their experience
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely preparations
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle cash, credit cards and other forms of payments
  • Organizing and maintaining a tidy work environment
  • Keep the dining area clean and well maintained throughout the shift
  • Communicating any issues or special requests from customers to relevant team members
  • Assist in general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards in food handling and service

职位要求

  • BS HRM/ Tourism courses
  • Excellent communication skills and strong service abilities
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the capacity to work effectively as part of the team
