D&G is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead brand and client coordination for our livestreaming and short video production services. This role balances day-to-day project management with client relationship building and sales generation—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while actively growing our client base through new business leads and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Project Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands and clients throughout the production lifecycle.
- Coordinate livestream and short video projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring smooth communication and on-time execution.
- Manage content approvals, production updates, and deliverable deadlines in collaboration with creative, editorial, and technical teams.
- Facilitate client meetings, campaign briefs, and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to present results, insights, and next steps.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking within relevant industries (e.g., beauty, lifestyle, retail, FMCG).
- Pitch service offerings to potential clients, tailoring proposals to brand objectives and budgets.
- Track contract renewals and re-engage lapsed clients with value-driven proposals to ensure repeat business.
- Support pricing discussions, contract finalization, and up-selling of additional services (e.g., monthly content packages, influencer collabs, usage rights).
- Work closely with leadership to meet revenue targets and monthly sales quotas.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all content assets and deliverables (scripts, livestream links, video files, thumbnails, performance reports) are submitted accurately and on time.
- Monitor timelines, production bottlenecks, and client feedback cycles to maintain service quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, briefs, revisions, and performance metrics.
- Help identify service gaps or inefficiencies, proposing improvements to enhance client satisfaction and internal workflows.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales (preferably in media, production, or advertising)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record in sales or renewals
- Familiarity with short-form content, livestream formats, or TikTok-style production
Preferred:
- Background in digital content production, influencer marketing, or agency work
- Comfortable using project management and CRM tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of performance metrics and ROI-driven content strategies
Work Set-up
- Hybrid ( 1 day onsite and 4 days WFH)
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri)
