We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting operations in our express delivery services. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax, in accordance with Philippine regulations.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting for logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies for business expansion.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) for financial tracking and reporting.
• Provide guidance on financial policies, investment decisions, and risk management.
• Lead financial reporting for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics or express delivery services.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Preferably residing on around Meycauayan Bulacan or amenable to work in the indicated area.
