  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and databases.
  • Assist in project coordination and team collaboration.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support as needed.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong help desk support, analytical and time management skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage scheduling, perform data entry, provide support, and manage written communications.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; may require multitasking.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, discreet, resourceful, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
