職位描述

簡介

helps customers with their inquiries and concerns. They may work in a call center and may be responsible for processing orders, returns, and complaints. 


Responsibilities 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments
  • Process orders, cancellations, and returns
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Guide customers through using product features
  • Provide support with product use, technical issues, and troubleshooting

Skills Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving skills, and Time management skills. 


Additional responsibilities 

  • Managing billing and payment issues
  • Managing shipping
  • Managing refunds
  • Managing warranties
  • Logging customer data after each customer interaction
  • Ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed
  • Meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion

Goal

The goal of a CSR is to ensure customers feel valued and heard. 

職位要求

Strong telemarketing, verbal, & English communication skills

Ability to multitask & handle complex situations calmly

At least 2 years of customer service experience
