  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, problem-solving, sales pipeline management, back office support, and familiarity with Shopify.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, with potential shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
