PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee boutique that specialises in sourcing, roasting, and serving specialty coffee. Established in 2009 as a pioneer of specialty coffee in Singapore, our mission is to inspire and connect people through coffee, creating a sense of belonging across communities.We are seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our diverse F&B and retail offerings, including bespoke coffee hampers, gifting solution, and private events.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities within key target segments
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Execution: Lead the sales process—closing deals, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and issuing quotations for clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to customise offerings such as private events, personalised labels, and bespoke hampers.
Delivery & Payments: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, while managing client payments
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while nurturing client relationships and ensuring excellent service
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Minimum of 1 year of corporate sales experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in F&B, retail, or gifting sectors is a plus
This is a newly created role and the incumbent must be comfortable with building their own portfolio of corporate accounts.
