簡介

  • Respond to customer emails, live chat, and social media inquiries.
  • Process online orders and track shipments.
  • Update and maintain product listings on websites and marketplaces.
  • Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and discount codes.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment teams for order dispatch.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify issues and improve service.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Support digital marketing campaigns (email, Google Ads, social media).
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners for product promotion.
  • Track social media performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support back-end order management when needed.

職位要求

  • Knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
  • Proficiency with online platforms (Shopee, Carousell etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and interest in branding and marketing.
  • Photoshop or Canva skills are a plus.
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to handle pressure.
