- Oversee daily customer service operations and team performance
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Ensure excellent service standards and customer satisfaction
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, digital marketing knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic, technical skills, and exceptional people skills.
