As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Transcom’s Logistics Campaign, your primary role is to assist customers with their inquiries, address concerns, and ensure smooth logistics operations. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emails, and manage other communication channels, all while delivering outstanding service and support.

• At least College level, Highschool (Old Curriculum) Graduate, SHS graduate, Associate or Vocational Graduates.
• Knowledgeable in English language
• Must be willing to work on-site, night shift, flexible, rotational, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have strong communication skills (pure voice account).
• Filipino applicants from 18 years old and above. (50 yrs old-age limit)
