  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Entry Level (0–2 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic account management concepts
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
