Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate (K-12 curriculum)
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Call center experience is a plus but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and inquiries related to healthcare services and insurance.
• Assist with claims, billing, benefits, and authorizations.
• Update and manage patient records in healthcare systems.
• Meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
