NOW HIRING: Network Support Representative – Broadband Account
Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite
Who Can Apply:
High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduates / ALS Graduates
Freshers are welcome!
Must have excellent communication skills
Description:
Handle customer inquiries related to internet and broadband services
Assist with troubleshooting connectivity and technical issues
Provide billing and account support
Guide customers on service upgrades or changes
Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution
Document interactions accurately in the system
