Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Makati
Schedule: Night shift
- This is work in the office role based in Makati requiring 24/7 operations, candidates should be amenable to working shifting hours.
- Join our Customer Support team and be a part of the excellent support system that we provide for our users. We take pride in delivering outstanding service to both external and internal customers and exemplifying teamwork on a daily basis. You will be working side-by-side with other technicians and will provide technical assistance and training to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
This position requires handling a full range of tasks, so multitasking is a necessity. With our mission to provide an unparalleled customer experience, we offer support seven days a week and require weekend availability from our team members.
- To provide software support for US Customers
- To have a great knowledge of our products; to be able to distinguish between user or system related issues
- To handle or re-assign queries as appropriate
- To regularly update the customer on their case
- To achieve Service Level Agreements at all times
- Primary responder to incoming calls, creating an excellent first impression by being helpful and providing a speedy resolution
- To be customer services focused
- To build strong working relationships
Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):
- Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a strong team attitude while being dependable and flexible
- Must be amenable to working shifting hours, 24/7 operations
