職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, excellent customer service skills, strong command of the English language, and technical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, assist in sales processes, and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
