簡介
- Manage and maintain the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Manage and prioritize incoming email and telephone calls, responding on behalf of the Executives when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, staff and partners.
- Prepare and manage budget, expenses and assist with other financial tasks.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with other departments to ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- Act as a gatekeeper and ensure that the Executive time is utilized effectively.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
職位要求
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any four-year course.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
