- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives.

職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
