Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, and entrances.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors regularly.
Replenish supplies in public restrooms (e.g., tissue, soap, hand towels).
Remove trash and empty waste bins in all assigned public areas.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Assist guests with directions or information when approached in public areas.
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards established by the property.
Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and ensure proper storage after use.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
Skills & Attributes:
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods
Basic customer service skills and polite communication
