Palladium Outsourcing Services is a leading provider in Consultancy and Management Services, dedicated to optimizing client operations. We are seeking an HR Manager/Supervisor to enhance our team dynamics.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
Conduct training and development programs.

Support organizational development initiatives.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma; further education in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR management or as a HR supervisor.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication abilities, employee relations expertise, written communication proficiency, and recruitment skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, conduct training, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Working Conditions: Office environment with typical work hours; may require occasional overtime.
