簡介

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
  • Hiring/Pooling of new candidates
  • Preparation of attendance 
  • Processing of bi-monthly payroll
  • Computation of 3 regulatory government remittances (PagIbig, Philhealth and SSS)
  • Preparation and signing of employment contracts
  • Leave forms etc
  • Resignation clearances
  • DOLE Compliance processing
  • Training and development activities for staff

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Officer or Generalist.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll management, HRIS proficiency, and recruitment experience.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.
