• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, standardize procedures, and improve workflows across procurement, receiving/releasing, and asset tagging.
• Data Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports, track key metrics (inventory, procurement, maintenance, expenses), and forecast operational needs.
• Systems Integration: Recommend and implement automation tools and software to unify data from warehouse, procurement, and corporate divisions.
• Cross-Division Collaboration: Coordinate with Warehouse, General Services, Corporate, and Project Development teams to optimize operations and schedules.
• Cost Management: Create cost models, set pricing benchmarks, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and conduct audits to maintain accountability and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.
• Experience in administrative operations, procurement, facilities management, or corporate services is an advantage.
