Job Title: Laboratory Assistant – Cosmetics Industry

We are hiring a Laboratory Assistant to support our cosmetics R&D and Quality Control teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Chemtech, Pharmacy or Laboratory Science
• Basic lab knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

    •   Assist in the preparation, mixing, and testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished cosmetic products.

    •   Conduct routine laboratory tests and record results accurately.

    •   Support chemists in developing and improving formulations for skincare, haircare, and personal care products.

    •   Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of laboratory samples and chemicals.

    •   Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

    •   Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory in compliance with GMP and safety standards.

    •   Assist in quality checks during production runs to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

    •   Prepare documentation and reports required for product testing, stability studies, and compliance audits.

    •   Observe and comply with laboratory safety protocols at all times.
