Handle daily site administrative requirements, ensuring efficient support for site operations.
Prepare, file, and maintain documents, permits, reports, and correspondence related to site activities.
Monitor and record daily attendance of site employees and workers.
Validate timesheets, overtime, and allowances, and submit accurate reports to HR/Accounting for payroll processing.
Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for site personnel.
Manage delivery receipts, gate passes, and documentation for the movement of materials and equipment.
Disseminate company policies, memos, and announcements to site employees.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new workers assigned to the site.
Support resolution of payroll and administrative concerns of site personnel.
Maintain organized records of attendance, incident reports, permits, and other site-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Procurement, and other departments at the head office.
Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and Project Engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in site administration, office administration, HR support, or related role (experience in construction or steel structure projects is an advantage).
Knowledgeable in basic construction processes, steel structure works, and site documentation requirements.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
Knowledge of document control, filing systems, and basic HR/site payroll processes.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
Willing to be assigned at project sites and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
