- Responsible for overseeing the sourcing, procurement, and supplier management operations at the branch level
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and value creation.
- Negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, analyzing market trends, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies.
- College Graduate of any Business Course
- 20-40 years old
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sourcing Branch Manager
- Proven experience in leadership, operations, and customer service.
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in negotiating contracts, supplier management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business goals.
