- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to source and hire qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internships in HR or recruiting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, talent management, and recruitment allocation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage recruitment processes
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
