Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the corporate banking or financial services industry
Excellent understanding of the corporate and institutional banking landscape, with a strong network of industry contacts
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and effectively negotiate and close deals
Proficient in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in Banking or Finance would be an advantage
Fluency in English and the local language(s) is essential
Job Description:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding clients' financial needs and challenges in the field of lending – mainly, corporate banking for corporate accounts
Develop and implement comprehensive client relationship management strategies to drive client engagement and loyalty
Account packaging, credit analysis and presentation of credit proposal to loan committee
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions that address clients' evolving needs
Monitor client accounts and portfolios, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Monitor problem loan for negotiation and repayment
Make pricing and re-pricing relative to the interest rates of loans
Contribute to the bank's overall growth and profitability objectives by driving business development initiatives
Represent the bank at industry events and client meetings to enhance the bank's brand and visibility
Overall account management and ensuring that all lending activities are in line with the bank policies and the local regulations such as Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas.
