Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Relationship Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our users, merchants, partners, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, satisfaction, and retention while maximizing revenue opportunities for our e-wallet services.

Responsibilities: 

● This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. 

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to stimulate engagement, loyalty, and retention. 

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience with TOP.PH. 

● Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms and surveys, and take appropriate actions to address any areas for improvement. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product specialist, and customer support, to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of the client. 

● Develop and implement user engagement and retention strategies, including targeted marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and loyalty programs, to drive usage and increase customer lifetime value. 

● Conduct regular user feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights into user preferences and satisfaction levels. 

● Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and proactively adapt relationship management strategies as needed. Requirements: 

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. 

● Proven track record of success in relationship management roles, preferably in the financial servic industry or related field

● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving user engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth. 

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. ● Knowledge of e-wallets, mobile payments, and digital financial services is highly desirable. 

● Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating value for clients. 

● Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients, attend conferences and represent the company. 

● Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, especially in regions with diverse language demographics.
