Conduct field surveys to identify property boundaries and potential impacts on landowners. Initiate contact with property owners to negotiate land acquisition agreements and compensation packages. Prepare and review legal documents related to land acquisition, such as deeds, easements, and right-of-way agreements. Resolve property ownership disputes and address landowner concerns.
Permitting:
Apply for and manage necessary permits from relevant government agencies to acquire land for project development. Coordinate with permitting authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor permit timelines and address any potential delays.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain open communication with project team members, including engineers, legal counsel, and project managers. Organize and attend meetings with landowners, community leaders, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of land acquisition activities, including property descriptions, negotiations, and legal documents. Prepare regular reports on project progress, including challenges and potential solutions related to right-of-way acquisition.
Locations:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Experience in ROW acquisition, permitting, or land negotiations (preferably in telecommunications or utilities).
Familiarity with permitting processes and ROW regulations
Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and government policies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in document management and legal agreements.
Familiarity with permitting processes and ROW regulations is a plus. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects.
