• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Architect and implement well-structured, reliable data models following dimensional modeling (Kimball) best practices to optimize for analytics and business intelligence.
• Develop intuitive, interactive, and impactful dashboards and reports primarily using Power BI to visualize data and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing comprehensive validation checks and testing protocols throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) framework, participating in sprint planning and reviews to deliver projects efficiently.
• Produce high-level and detailed technical designs for data solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Champion and implement engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and secure coding principles.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics to recommend and implement process improvements.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and database management (Oracle); experience with cloud platforms and visualization tools; skilled in Microsoft 365.
