Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels

Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments if any

Maintain a pool of qualified applicants for ongoing and future job orders

Follow up on candidate status

Attend job fairs, school visits, and other sourcing events

Strong personality

Graduate of Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, or Computer Science related course

With or without HR experience (experience is an advantage)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Canva etc.)

Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented

Ability to meet targets

Able to handle confidential information with discretion
